Question:
I would like to use this rack on the my 2014 Rockwood, signature ultra lite, 32 foot 5th wheel. Is this possible? Do I need a special receiver? Would you recommend a receiver attached to the frame or could I use one that is attached to the bumber? Either they appear to only have a 350 TW.

You need to use an RV-rated hitch bike rack in the hitch you will install on the rear of your 5th wheel trailer. Regular bike racks meant for use on cars, like the excellent Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G, cannot be used on a trailer. This is due to the extra stresses placed on carriers that are mounted on the rear of a trailer.
Let's start with a hitch for your trailer. We offer both bumper-mount and frame-mount 2-inch hitch receivers for trailers that can be seen on the linked page. Your best bet is to check with Forest River using your trailer's VIN to find out the preferred hitch type for your particular trailer. They should also be able to tell you the maximum tongue weight (TW) allowable. Then you can click on the hitch type and mounting type (weld-on or bolt-on). As examples, we offer bolt-on bumper-mount receivers like # UF35-946401 and frame-mount types like # 13703, which can be welded or bolted on to your trailer frame.
With a hitch installed you can select an RV-rated bike carrier. Click on the link provided to see all suitable carriers. If you do prefer a bumper-mount hitch, you might consider the Swagman # S64663 which includes the bolt-on hitch and the platform carrier.
If your trailer's frame (or bumper) carries a lower tongue weight rating than the hitch you install then that lower rating determines the overall capacity. The combined total weight of your bikes and bike rack must remain within the capacity of the hitch and the mounting point on the trailer.
