Replacement Slide Out Motor for 2001 Komfort 26FSG

Question:
We have a 2001Komfort 26FSG. We need a new slide motor. There is no part # anywhere. Info under the boot does not seem to correlate to anything. Google search says its possibly a K01265N500 but nothing to confirm. Please help.

If it is actually the K01265N500 then the correct replacement would be the # LC130057. However, without the tag we have no way to actually identify what the correct replacement would be. Were you able to see on the other side of the motor from where you took the picture? There would also be a tag on the gearbox that might help identify it. If there is nothing on it at all I would take it to a local shop to see if they can identify it while they have it in hand.
