The colored liquid in a typical bubble level will fade to clear because of UV penetration so that the transparent bubble in the level is hard to see. This makes it difficult or even impossible to read the level. However, the clear liquid in these Never Fade levels won't fade in the sun, so you'll always be able to see the reflective bubbles and read the levels.
Two-Way Feature
This two-way level set helps you level your RV or trailer front to back and side to side. There are several ways in which you could mount the levels on the exterior of your RV or trailer so that you can use the two-way feature. For example, you could install one bubble level on the side of your trailer frame so that you can level your trailer front to back. And install the other bubble level on the top of your trailer frame so that you can level your trailer side to side. Or you could install both levels on the top of the trailer frame in a "T" shape: one parallel to the trailer axle (for side-to-side leveling) and the other perpendicular to the trailer axle (for front-to-back leveling). Make adjustments to your RV or trailer until the bubble is centered between the markings on each level.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Hopkins Never Fade Two Way Bubble Level, Part Number HM03926. The Hopkins Never Fade Level is a fantastic solution for leveling out your trailer or RV at your campsite. It's your standard 3 scale bubble level; however, it uses the Never Fade Technology. The Never Fade Technology ensures that you will be able to read your bubble level for a long period of time. The clear liquid is UV resistant so it won't fade over time. The kit comes with 2 levels so you can level your front to back and side to side. The casing is made out of a high-impact plastic and there's no drilling required. Now we've gone over some features of the level, I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed.
First thing we're going to do is make sure that our trailer is level front to back and side to side. Here on this side of our trailer we'll need to find a fixed point, we're going to go off the top of our trim right here with our carpenter's level. As you could see we're slightly out of level front to back, and we're going to have a buddy go up front and lower our trailer. Yup, that's good. With the front and back taken care of, we're going to go ahead and level out our side to side. We're going to come up here to the A-Frame of our trailer.
Now with the level on our A-Frame we can see that our side to side is slightly out of level. We'll go ahead and have a buddy adjust our stabilizers. A little bit more. There it is. Now our trailer all leveled up, we can go ahead and stick on our new Hopkins Never Fade Level, and stick it on our camper. It doesn't matter really where we put it, we just need to make sure that we have a clean surface before we stick it on.
We want to make sure and wipe that nice and clean, so our adhesive gets a good grip. Now I've gone ahead and remove the adhesive backing on the level so we can go ahead and stick that on. It's important to take it nice and easy, that way we can make sure it's level. Just like that, we've got it. Now with our front to back level, we can go ahead and do our side to side. We'll need to be on the front or the rear of the trailer of course.
We'll do the same thing here. We need to make sure we have a clean surface, and we can going to ahead and stick that on there. There we go. That's going to complete our look at the Hopkins Never Fade Two Way Bubble Level, Part Number HM03926. .
