Pull the spout down so you can easily tackle that food caked onto your plates or rinse the sides of the sink from any angle. Toggle between the stream and spray options depending on how much pressure you need or how long that food has been sitting there. When you're done using it, the spout self-retracts with a hose weight that can be adjusted anywhere along the spray hose. And so the spout doesn't swing around while you're traveling to the next campsite, you can use the integrated retaining bar to secure it in place.
Depending on your setup, you'll need either the built-in round deck plate for a 1-hole installation or the included oval deck plate for a 3-hole installation. To install, use the inlet shank and drop the new faucet and a deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Then tighten the mounting nut onto the shank so that the washer is in between the nut and the underside of the counter. Finally, install the hose weight, thread the pull-down head's hose onto the faucet's center inlet, and connect the braided hot and cold water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

I chatted yesterday with Kristin who volunteered to allow a return, but told her that I will install it and see if it works. You can tell it had been handled before. The Styrofoam wrapper was not around the faucet, only the plastic bag was. Every faucet I have ever purchased had packaging that would keep everything in place. There was none. The bottom of the faucet is dirty and has markings that I can't clean off showing it may have been installed and returned. The outer box was rough and the tape had been pulled off and reapplied. However, as I advised Kristin, I want to complete this project as the first faucet I ordered from Amazon didn't work. I am going to hook this up and if it doesn't leak, I'll go with it. I'm hoping. The reason I said anything is in case etrailer uses a third party to send their order, they didn't do you a favor on this one. I have ordered a lot from you guys as of late and been pretty happy with the stuff I ordered.
box came open on side and on end. I have no idea what is broke or missing. sending back for full refund. Just found out that I will not get my full refund until the company receives back in their warehouse. Most companies will offer refund when UPS picks up. Oh well, I guess I will not have a faucet in our trailer for this camping trip. So disappointed.
The shipping was fast but came in the original manufactures box (NO shipping box) with usps tape on it to hold it together and had to re-use the old flare washers cause the new ones were lost when the box ripped open just guessing, but the new faucet looks and works as it should, easy 10-15 minute job. It would be 5 stars if not for the box and missing parts, but had trip planed had to get it working or would have sent back.
Fairly easy install. Poor packaging. Product SHOULD NOT be shipped in its original packaging EVER. Both ends were broken open and item was falling out. Good grief. Lucky all parts were hooked together and there was no damage.
Faucet looks great and works as expected. Simple to install. Package was torn open and retaped. Very little packing, luckily the faucet was not damaged.
The faucet arrived in it’s regular “retail” box, no extra packaging for protection. The box had been through the grinder, tears in the corrugated, parts of the box ripped off etc. The someone taped the entire box together with packing tape. Looks like it had been through multiple shipments. I had to cut through all the tape to see what was inside. The was no protective packaging inside but the faucet looks to have survived. Also, NO instructions or literature of any kind in the box. I haven’t installed it yet, but hope all the parts are there. If not, this thing is going back.

Super nice faucet! Much better quality than the one that came in our camper. Install was easy, however there were no directions. Luckily I had installed a faucet a time or two before.
