If water is leaking out from the handle of your Empire Faucets Hybrid RV Kitchen Faucet # EM29FR then there's an internal issue with the faucet and there would not be a way to repair it, requiring you to completely replace the faucet. The connections inside of the faucet aren't something that's accessible, the only connection points you can adjust are where the hoses connect to your water lines, which wouldn't cause water to flow from the handle.
I recommend returning the faucet if this is something you installed and getting a different one like the Empire Faucets RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Down Spout # EM65CR. I've attached a short video below where I'll walk you through the installation.
