How do you replace the cartridge in this faucet?

On the underside of the lever that activates the Empire Faucets RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Down Spout # EM65CR is a screw that you'll remove so you can pull off that assembly and access the cartridge. From there it's a standard cartridge removal.
