Infrared LED Night Vision

LED Night Vision

This camera has 8 infrared LED night vision lights that produce a clear, quality picture and give you the flexibility to back up your RV in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night.

Camera with Built-in Microphone and Monitor with Speaker

Cam-Mic-Monitor Speaker

The built-in microphone on your camera is the perfect tool for backing up your RV. The microphone allows a friend or family member to relay information and instruction to you through your monitor's speaker, providing peace of mind as you work together to safely maneuver your RV.

Rear Assist Marker Lines

No more wondering if you're getting too close to that other vehicle. The rear assist marker lines take the guesswork out when backing up. This helpful tool displays reference points of objects within your view to avoid collisions and safely maneuver your RV.

Motion Detection

Motion Detection

The motion detect feature allows you to set the motion sensitivity level of your camera to low, medium, or high. On the low setting, your camera will not detect a pesky raccoon until it's very close or already in your garbage, whereas on high setting, it will detect the raccoon approaching from further away. Your monitor will automatically illuminate to alert you once motion is detected.

The auto-off setting is a great power saving option. Working in conjunction with the motion detect setting, this feature allows you to limit the amount of time your monitor stays on. Once motion is detected, you can program your monitor to power off after 10, 20, or 30 seconds of inactivity. The LCD auto off option will only power down the illuminated screen while keeping the monitor on.

Quad Split or H Split Display

Quad-H-Split Display

The quad split or H split display allows you to view up to 4 camera angles at once (additional cameras sold separately). Depending on your camera setup, you can view blind spots behind your RV or on each side of it while driving down the road or backing up.

This camera system is a must-have! I had it installed for me so I can't speak as to ease of install, but they didn't mention any issues. I have never had an issue with connectivity. My trailer is 21' and there is about 33 feet from the monitor in the truck to the camera on the back. Nighttime view is great (see picture.) I travel solo and it lets me back up without a spotter and without having to GOAL every foot and a half to see where I am. Knowing where traffic is around me on the road is a a huge safety benefit. It helped me avoid an accident on the freeway last summer. I had just passed a slow moving vehicle and was signaling to go back into the right lane when a low sports car decided to pass that vehicle as well without waiting for me to get back over. It darted around it and went between it and my trailer, cutting them off and passing me on the right. He was completely hidden in all mirrors and windows due to being so low and in my blind spots, but I spotted his movement in the camera and stayed in my lane until he flew past. Another couple seconds and I wouldn't have been able to correct back. If it wasn't for the camera, I believe there would have been an accident. The hardest thing to get used to is the reverse view. I wish CW had done the step to change mirroring the view. When I see a car on the right in the monitor, I have to remember they are really on the left of my rig. Apparently there is a way to flip this to normal view but I haven't been able to do it yet. The monitor plugs into the cigarette lighter in the cab of the truck and I purchased a vehicle-specific mount for it from [online store]. I put an XL Scosche magnet on the back of the monitor. And a Scosche magnetic holder on the mount. It holds well through all seasons and is easy to take off when not in use. I would definitely purchase this again and have recommended it to others.

Because our Jayco Eagle fifth wheel was prewired, installation was quick and easy. The one issue I have is we bought the 7” screen and it takes up a lot of the windscreen if I attach it with the included suction cup. Instead I lay it on the dash using the desk stand. Along with hand signals from outside the rig, we use the camera to look for any obstacles behind the rig. It also comes in very handy on the road to help ensure we’re clear if passing another vehicle.

Haven’t had long but I really like it, bought this to go on my enclosed trailer because I go into areas that I need to turn around which requires backing up and some are really tight and the way I turn I can’t see what is behind me, this helps alot

The Furrion 7” Monitor and rear view camera was a great addition to our fifth wheel and truck. Really love it when we are driving in traffic through big cities and on major highways. Let’s us keep an eye on traffic behind us, so no surprises! The camera connects quickly to the screen and so far has never lost its connection while in use. I did drop one star in the rating due to it’s high cost and also the screen washes out in bright sunlight. If I had it to do over again, I also probably would have gone with the smaller 5” screen. The 7” is pretty bulky and takes up a lot of real estate on our dashboard. That said, we do like the Furrion unit and would recommend to others.

I just received the Furrion Vision S Back-up camera with the 7 " monitor. The quality looks very good. I plugged everything into the cab of my pick up. Everything seams to be working fine. Unfortunately we are in the middle of winter here in Washington state. When the weather warms up, I'll put the camera on my trailer. Then I'll write the rest of this review

We bought this camera for our Vibe camper that was outfitted for a camera. We used it for the first time on 4-16-21 and love it! We can tell if there are cars behind us while driving and now we don’t scream at each other when trying to back our camper into a site because he can see what is behind him, lol. We bought the 7” screen but realized we probably could have gotten the smaller one, but that is just preference, either way we love it.

After replacing the prewired Furrion connection and mount (the camera had a different connector and did not fit the mount on the trailer), the rest of the instillation went without issue. The camera and monitor connect quickly, the signal is strong and the image is clear and crisp. Have not had a chance to put the system to actual use due to weather (snow). Hope to try it very soon.

After some research I purchased this system and couldn't be any more happier! Easy to install , I mounted below the center upper clearance light and wired to that light after I accessed the factory wiring. Instructions were very clear and setup was a breeze. Pairing the camera with additional side camera's was no trouble. The 7" monitor is great and the picture's are very clear ,the sound is great as well from the rear camera. I would highly recommend this product, great quality and ease of installation due to wireless features.

I ordered with on the phone because I had a few questions. Christopher N. was able to search and find all the answers I needed. This is the kind of help you simply can't get on Another online retailer. Thank you! I purchased this along with a rear camera mount too (so I have an extra mount to send in). I ordered a new RV that has a rear slide, this requires a special mounting for the rear view camera (not backup camera). I purchased the extra rear mount (also from etrailer) and I am sending that bracket and wiring to the manufacturer. They will wire it so that it is switched to the ignition (not a marker light) and then I can simply drop the camera in. I tested the unit, it works well and I like the touch screen!

Couldn't be better! Originally ordered a 4.3 inch screen, but changed to a 7". It cost a bit more, but I'm (and my wife) are ecstatic. Installation was a breeze. Fine folks to work with!

Installation was a breeze due to our 2020 Grand Design 2670MK TT being pre-wired for this camera. Performance has been somewhat disappointing, though. Up front, in the cab of our pickup, the pic quality is adequate with fairly low signal strength. I intend to experiment more with a different antenna. We have not tried this device in low-light or no-light conditions. Note: Some RV's, such as our GD, have pre-wiring that only provides power to the camera only when the running lights are on. This is fine with us; but others may not like this setup.

Everything is what it says it is. The only issue I would say is I wish the screen wouldn't reflect as much. Otherwise a thumb's up.

Had only used the monitor for 3 months, since your July 11th at recently and out of warranty, the suction cup fell apart and monitor, no longer has sharp emage. Purchased new suction cup from etrailer, reported to furrion the problem to support.

The 7" monitor is great as an effective rear view mirror. I look forward to installing the side view cameras, but for now I only have experience with the rear view camera. The camera is great at daylight and serviceable at night (headlights tend to blind the camera a bit). As an unexperienced new owner of a travel trailer, I value the ability to better judge the distance of a car. When a car I passed shows up in the camera, it is definitely behind the trailer... I want yo mention one complication with my VW Touareg, though: As with several modern vehicles, the Touareg has some AC signal modulated onto the 12V for the rear lights. The car uses this signal to identify failing lights. The Furrion cameras cannot handle power that is 'contaminated' with such modulation. Therefore I had to modify the electric system of the trailer. I am feeding the rear- and position-lights now from the battery of the trailer. I added a weatherproof 12V relay that takes the car's modulated 12V to switch the clean 12V power from the battery. This way I don't accidentally drain the battery and the functionality is as intended. Well, I guess the Touareg cannot detect a broken bulb on the trailer any longer...

I just received the back-up camera so I don't know how it works yet but I can say it's a beautiful looking piece of equipment. I will update after i've had a chance tou install and use it. Thank you so much etrailer

I purchased a backup camera and seven inch monitor for a 2020 grand design solatude. All the information I have read says the trailer pre wired and power comes from the clearance lights which means the lights need to be on to power the camera. Well my trailer is not the wire is hot all the time as long as the power cut out switch is on. Which means the camera is on all the time. One I figured this out everything seems to work.I haven't towed the trailer yet but think it will be fine.

Service was GREAT staff was very helpful . Installation was pretty simple. Product works nice. Hope to add side camera later.

The problem with this system is the poor screen resolution. Sitting on my dash the glare from the sun wipes out the screen. You need a screen with 1000nit to overcome this issue. I am very disappointed and ranked it average because the other manufactures fall short as well. Also I just had to spend another $100.00 because the system is intermittent on the newer model trucks like my 2019 GMC per Furrion so I had to purchase the adapter which i believe just has a battery pack built in line.

My unit was prewired so it was an easy installation. 20 minutes and done. I will probably add additional units to the system. Thank you.

Extremely easy to install, even in the dark! Plugged the Monitor into the truck, turned the trailer running lights on and the picture came up right away. The night view is great! In near total darkness I could see everything behind the trailer!

Overall installation was a breeze excellent product

Bought for husband for our 2017 Grand design Imagine. Plug and play took 3 hrs, to install, but was not e-trailer fault. Had to do some rewiring on rv to make it work. He really liked it when finished. Clear picture!

I bought this Furrion wireless system to replace a much less expensive wireless backup camera which malfunctioned from day one. The installation of the Furrion was easy and, so far, camera and screen function perfectly.

I received the correct item that I ordered in a timely manner, intact and in working order. The installation instructions were easy to follow. The operation Of the system, and picture quality are very representative of the reviews I read online. I very pleased with both the quality of the product and professionalism of etrailer.

I have ordered from etrailer in the past and have always had a great experience, from their helpful videos to their phone assistance. They pay attention to your needs !
