Great question!

The only way to get the Furrion Vision S # FOS07TASF to stay powered on constantly is to power it directly to a 12V power circuit like your battery. Most people hook it up directly to the running lights so they can turn the camera on and off easily while driving, but you can get power to it however you like.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you do power it directly via your battery bank, you can potentially drain your batteries in the off-season if you don't have your RV plugged into power in storage, or if you don't have a cut-off switch to keep the camera from pulling power.

To use a switch I recommend the Pollak # PK34513 which you can mount either in your truck cab and run a dedicated 12V wire to the camera, or you can mount this on your trailer between the battery bank and camera.

Hey, how did things go wiring your Furrion backup camera to a 12V circuit with the toggle switch? Your results could really help others trying to keep their camera on while driving.
