The 65" aluminum crossbars give you more room to mount multiple carriers side by side. The full-length design extends past the towers to maximize usable space for kayaks, canoes, and cargo boxes. With a rack weight capacity of 165 lbs, it’s built to handle heavy loads without flexing or compromising stability. This setup is great when you want to bring more than one kayak or larger rooftop gear on every trip.
The aero-style shape controls airflow over and under the bar to cut down wind noise and vibration, even at highway speeds. Rubber strips in the T-slots help smooth out airflow and reduce drag, so you don’t have to deal with annoying whistling. The streamlined design also helps maintain fuel efficiency while driving with gear on the roof.
Attaching the rack is simple and secure. Each tower uses rubber-coated steel clamps that grip tightly around raised side rails without scratching or damaging them. Tighten the bolts inside the tower assembly with the included tool until snug, and you’re ready to load up. When it’s time to remove the rack, loosen the bolts and lift it off as one complete unit for easy storage.
These crossbars accept both channel-mounted and clamp-on accessories, giving you flexibility for any type of gear. The built-in top channels include rubber strips you can trim around your accessory hardware so the channel stays capped and quiet. Whether you’re hauling a kayak cradle, cargo box, or bike rack, the AirFlow2 handles it with ease.
Lightweight aluminum crossbars are rustproof, while molded nylon towers resist fading and wear from sun or rain. Plastic endcaps keep water and debris out of the bars, extending their life. Each tower includes a built-in lock that secures the rack to your side rails so your setup stays put wherever you park.

No issues with my racks besides an end cap breaking. I simply ordered replacement caps and will keep some spares around. I have enjoyed these racks for both hauling kayaks and paddle boards. I would definitely recommend this product and buy them again.

Works great with Cargo box and kayak or Kayak and SUP. Watch your head that you dint bump it as the bars hangs over. Tennis balls and duct tape can fit that!9

Its been a year when we bought this rack. We have made a few more trips with it. The mount has held up well. We have had some really good weights in the topper and had zero issues with the bars. Still a great product!

Awesome!!!!!!!!! I love my cross bars. I have used it on a trip to Big Bear with 2 kayaks on top, no problem, there was room side by side and secured. Went to Mammoth again with my Thule ski rack and Thule cargo on top and my Thule bike rack on the back hitch with my MTB. No issues. Quite ride. Not the best gas mileage, but hey, I got to bring all the toys with me to have fun. I have put surfboards on top too. Easy to reach and load. Only con: The caps on the bar ends have come off and had to glue them on twice. Not a big deal, but they could design a better cap on the ends of the cross bars.
