These sturdy 54" long square bars are made from hardened steel, giving them the strength to handle demanding loads up to 220 lbs. Whether it’s kayaks, canoes, or camping gear, the solid construction provides a secure base for your adventures. The elastomeric coating helps protect against corrosion, so the bars stay strong and reliable trip after trip.
The rack includes everything you need to get started—two square crossbars, four square bar feet, and a custom fit kit designed for installation on fixed mounting points. The system is straightforward to assemble and locks in place without extra parts or guesswork. Once mounted, it’s ready for clamp-on carriers and cargo attachments.
When you leave your vehicle parked after loading up your gear, the lockable leg covers help keep the rack secure. They add an extra layer of deterrence against theft, giving you some peace of mind when your setup is left unattended.
The square bar profile makes it easy to pair this rack with a wide range of clamp-on carriers and attachments. From rooftop cargo boxes to kayak cradles or bike mounts, the bars provide a versatile platform that supports multiple types of outdoor equipment without the need for complex adapters.
The elastomeric coating on the steel bars helps fight rust and wear caused by exposure to rain or road grime. That protection means fewer worries about long-term durability and more focus on getting out there with your gear.

I've used Thule rack systems in the past. This was the first time that I've purchased an Inno rack system. I purchased a complete square bar system for my 2015 Toyota Tacoma pickup. The quality is the same. The instructions were clear. The price was much less. The fit was actually better than the last Thule system I bought. The locks did not cost extra. The torque wrench was a nice extra touch. For my money, it's Inno for me.
Missing 2 screws and 2 nuts. The instructions flyer needs to be re-written graphics awful. Looked at a few different Your Tube installs videos no good luck. Inno you must improve the lens quality and lighting when filming. Up close images when installing could help. I did purchase the square crossbars, YES there is some noise. Why did I purchase that style bar is due to the over-inflated price $$ for the aero style bar. I will remove the rack after summer, it's functional and accommodates a luggage rack nicely. The company did a SUPER Job in shipping that item to me in a timely manner. Customer Service gal easy to talk with and dedicated to providing superior customer service.
I'm quite happy with this rack! Its so easy to take off and put on it I need to remove it in winter so it helps keep from rust forming under the brackets, that attach to the roof! Haul our canoe on the rack mount a two bike, rack to the rack! Haul lumber on it! It's very useful! Have it on a 2005 Scion xb!
I own a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder with crazy high roof rails, and this Inno system works perfectly - Now I can securely mount my Thule Hullavator kayak rack which is made to attach to square bars. I had been using a Yakima round bar setup for a few years because I had tried the Thule Crossroads Foot Pack, but just couldn't make it fit.
IMO Inno quality is equal to or better than Thule anyway. Plus Inno is cheaper.
Also customer support at etrailer.com is very good and trustworthy.
Really great value! No need to spend a lot on Thule. Even those these are square shaped I actually don't hear much road noise. Besides, you're gonna have music playing or riding with the windows down anyway. I would definitely buy these again.
Great product so far! Just installed the roof rack on my 2015 Ford Fusion and everything was straight forward. I’m excited to use it while kayaking and traveling!
Quick and easy. This roof rack was shipped quickly. Installation was super easy and it looks like it was made for my truck. Holds my canoe perfectly. Thank you!
Easy to install. I’m happy with the product. Shipping took agile but worth it! I added kayak racks and now I’m able to enjoy my life a little more.
Great product and GREAT service. These feet fit my INNO B117 square bars and base brackets for a perfect fit on my Mazda 5 wagon. Took about 40 minutes to install the whole rig. Jonathan at etrailer was a huge help, and got these to me in two days.
My order showed up quicker than expected and installed without too much hassle by myself. My only issue is that I expected the adapter parts to level out the mounting feet so that the two cross bars are in line. But nothing like that occurred so the bars sit at an able to each other. Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to still work, just not what I expected.
The kit etrailer put together contained all the parts I needed. It took a little figuring to determine how to put it together, but in total only about 30 minutes from box opening to mounting. Now that it is all sized and spaced, it should be much quicker to remount in the future.
I installed it on a 2016 Ford Focus hatchback. I am planning to carry a Thule Cascade 1700 XT rooftop carrier.
So far it looks good. The price was excellent. While driving, it has a bit of an humming noise, but it is not loud or annoying. I like that it has a full set of keys.
All told, it seems like a good product at a reasonable price point.
First and foremost… YES! I would recommend this product to anyone, so def. read further. Price wise… well below what the more known name brands wanted for a similar setup. Product is well made , but if I had to point out one defect… the rubber shoe the rests between the factory roof bar and the inno feet detaches easily during install (see photo). I will figure out how to securely attatch it when I remove it, because (IMO) it's not one of those units that remains on perminantly.
Waited till I put the new rack to work before review. Used it the first time today and it worked Great. Seems like a very durable rack system. Love that everything is rubber coated so it doesnt scratch the paint on your car. Installing instructions where a little confusing but found YouTube videos from etrailer on how to install exact rack system.
Just finished installing on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Do not waste your time with the cheap paper tape measure that’s my only negative complaint.. other than that the price was right and it looks great! I had to wait a couple months for back order parts but we’ll worth the wait! I have not driven with it yet so I’m assuming there will be wind noise but I’m used to that with having a Jeep renegade as my last vehicle with the cross bars. I’m excited to haul my kayaks!
This product exceeded my expectations!! Fit my 2014 Explorer with no issues. Extremely easy to install- took about 15 minutes, these crossbars are sturdy and fit perfectly in the INNO feet that secure to the roof rails- I will be hauling 2 paddle boards and have no doubts that they will travel well. I recommend this product !!
I did the research for a while looking at many different brands for a good quality crossbar at the right price. I came across this one a Japanese brand. As I read more about the brand it has been popular in Japan. I know Japanese product are top quality.
The crossbar, the footing and keys are made with high quality material. Instruction was very clear. Installation took about 10-15 minutes. I love that no tool required to do the install. No wind noise that I can hear at low speed. Have not tested at high speed yet. Overall, highly recommended to anyone looking for a crossbar from a great less polular brand but half the price of other more popular brand.
I am a fifty-four year old single woman and being able to install these roof racks by myself makes me feel empowered!!
I watched a video emailed with my delivery confirmation of an installation on a similar vehicle all the way through first, and then watched it again as I did the steps myself, pausing when I needed to.
The products appear to be of high quality, were packaged/shipped neatly and it was easy to organize everything for installation. I couldn't be happier!
I am writing this review in the context of an owner of a Yakima roof rack system with round crossbars from a vehicle many vehicles prior to the 2021 Hyundai Tucson on which I just installed an INNO roof rack system with the INSUT Feet, INNO NB137 crossbars and 2 INNO INA391 roof bike racks. The INNO crossbars are rectangular in profile, rather than round, but with a grooved top that mates with the INSUT feet, the crossbars should stay firmly put where they are set in the feet. They do not weigh much, but feel pretty solid given their light weight and relatively thin metal walls. One change I would suggest to INNO is to put a factory mark on the center of the crossbars rather than supply a flimsy little decal for the user to measure and place on the crossbars. I never bothered to try to exactly center the round crossbars on my Yakima system, but it is important, at least on the naked roof of the 2021 Tucson, to properly space the feet from the center of the crossbars. I will probably eventually just put a dab of white touch-up paint to mark the center point.
If you're a Lexus GX460 owner, think the OEM cross bars are wimpy, and don't want to shell out $500-$600 for "aero" style bars, this is for you.
I chose the Inno INXP base over the INTR base because I thought it looked sleeker, and I wanted as much clearance over the shark fin antenna as I could (although both bases clear the antenna, the INXP is taller). The product description is slightly different for the two bases, but both of them are able to slide along the factory flush rails. Choosing between the two is a matter of taste.
A couple of hints for installation:
-I didn't receive an English copy of the installation instructions for the base, but was able to figure it out anyway. You could easily find them online.
-The screws that come with the base aren't needed, use the longer ones that come with the fit kit.
-Loosely attach the fit hooks, clip the base on top, slide the rail through, THEN tighten the screws.
-When putting the fit hooks on the rails before putting the base on top, make sure the screws are backed out as much as physically possible without disconnecting. Even still there is very little play when sliding the rails through before tightening everything down. It would be nice if the screws were even 1/8" longer, but it would only make installation easier. Once everything is tightened down it's as solid as can be.
Overall I'm very happy. I like the more rugged look of the square bars, and shaking them moves the whole vehicle and they don't budge.
This was a hard vehicle to get a rack for (2000 Ford Excursion) Jeremy was super helpful to help me get this figured out, I can confirm that this kit does fit a Ford Excursion and it works perfectly. Thanks again.
bars and adapters to my MKX worked perfect traveled from South Carolina to Maune with a kayak on the roof. Totally trouble free
Perfect replacement for my rusted Thule crossbars.
Relatively easy to install- first set/bar was easy, second one was a little fussier for some reason. Used these to reuse my older style Thule rectangular bars which worked great. Installed on Mazda CX-5 with corresponding brackets for the factory roof rails.
Works perfect on my 2022 Lexus GX460 with roof rails. I used with the INTR152 feet to attach some Thule square bars. No problem with old Thule roof boxes or Thule Motion boxes. Clears the rear fin antenna no problem
Fits great, had to order a fit kit from Japan for the vehicle, as it is JDM only, and INNO was my only option, I am glad etrailer.com had the rest of the parts I needed to get it installed and for a great price!
