The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a clean, from-the-factory look. Nothing sticks out past the feet, so it blends right in and keeps a low profile. The Inno Aero Flush Roof Rack has that streamlined style that looks like it came built-in, not bolted on.
Wind noise can get irritating on long drives, but these aero-style crossbars help keep things quiet. The top channels use push-down rubber strips that let you slide hardware in place without trimming, and those same strips reduce wind noise and vibration while you drive. The smoother airflow means less whistling and a calmer cabin.
This rack is ready for all kinds of adventures. The bars work with both channel-mount and clamp-on accessories, so you can load up a kayak, bike carrier, or cargo box without needing to change your setup. It’s compatible with most universal cargo, water, snow, and bike carriers, giving you one system that covers all your favorite activities.
Built from aluminum with a 165 lb weight capacity, this system holds up under real cargo—whether it’s camping gear or paddleboards. It installs to the fixed mounting points on your roof for a solid fit that stays stable at highway speeds. Lockable leg covers deter theft of the rack and your channel-mount accessories, so you can park without worry.
The kit comes as a complete roof rack system with 2 aero crossbars, 4 flush feet, and a custom fit kit for your vehicle. You get everything needed for installation without having to mix and match parts. Crossbar dimensions are 39" long?× 3-1/8" wide?× 1-1/8" tall and 42" long?× 3-1/8" wide?× 1-1/8" tall, finished in black for a clean look that matches just about anything.

Very nice quality, made in Japan. Easy to install using the Inno XS150 base stays. The 51" was a nice size for my 2015 Touareg. Many of the manufacturers recomment wider (53-54"), but I like the narrower profile. Unfortunately, the Aero design still creates a slight bit of wind noise at highway speeds, and it gets worse if the sunroof is raised (vent). I like the soft rubber T-channel material which allows the accessories to mount without cutting the material. I also like the slightly arched shape.
I bought a new car but kept my favorite roof box to keep my skis happy and let me keep parking in my garage.
Worked like a charm. My daughter and I completed a 10K mile, 35 day camping trip around the USA.
Got these with the custom fit kit (INK860) and the through feet/stays (INXS250) for my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Assembly's not difficult, though you do have to work with three different instructions: 1 for the stays/feet (the main install instructions), one for the Crossbars (minimal to do there), and one for the custom fit kit (again, minimal, though this one is crucial as it contains the measurements for the setup).
Things went pretty smoothly. However, when I put it on my roof at the measured distances from the center line, the feet didn't both occupy the rain gutter as they are supposed to. I checked the measurements, and both the front stays were at 21.5" and both back stays were at 21 3/8 " . Since those were the called for measurements, I'm not sure why I didn't fit perfectly. However, they're great and I can't wait to put them to use with my kayak and snowboard and bike. Thanks E-Trailer.
Photos show how great the system looks as well as some of the gaps at the rain gutters. I don't think it's crucial to readjust those. I did try several times but couldn't seem to get them just right.
Overall great product. Wife hears a little whistle. With radio on all good for now.
Inno makes the best products
These are great! Easy to use and easy to install. Thanks George!
Great fit, look and service
Very helpful staff. Great product and super fast shipping.
etrailer was great to work with on my order. I really didn't now what I needed, but I knew what I wanted it to do. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again.
I bought this for my 2016 Fiat 500X which has two glass sunroofs, and it fits perfectly! Follow the directions, put the bars where it says to, and your glass will be safe. You can't open the sunroof while this is in place, but hey, at least you can haul gear on your roof without breaking the glass.
The rails completed the parts I needed to install my roof rack on my 2010 Forester. What was particularly important were the buying and installation guides and video for the products I selected. Order placement was simple, and the order follow up from eTrailers was greatly appreciated.
Very happy with these cross bars for our 2023 Tiguan. Installation was easy as is adding accessories such as baskets. Great looking too. There is some audible drag on highways but not terrible and no real noticeable MPG difference. I would still purchase again.
The quality of this product is 5 start and fit exactly with my 2017 nissan rogue..
This is the second time buying the Enno Aero Crossbars from etailer - a set for each car. Best price around. The bars are incredibly quiet even with the cargo box on top. If etrailer doesn't have all of the components for your make and model of car, I suggest you buy what does fit your car from etrailer for price and shipping speed and then buy the rest directly from Inno USA site.
I have owned 2 INNO roof rack systems for different vehicles in our family…this is the 3rd…for our 2026 Honda Pilot TrailSport…Since I already owned the correct size INNO Load Bars (51”) I only needed to purchase the foot pads and separate mounting hardware kit that is specific for my vehicles’ raised roof rails - factory mount points on the inside rails have been pre-drilled by Honda with internal fasteners and silicone plugs…the 8 plugs were easy to pop out, and installing the bracket kit onto the rails was easy…I was able to attach the load bars down to the brackets by myself, but it probably would’ve been easier to have one extra person on the other side…but not necessary if you’re fairly mechanical. The INNO foot pad, model XS 350, fit on to the brackets after a little finesse and colorful language was used…but not too bad overall…one thing that is not very easy to do is to adjust the load bars once you have the brackets securely in place…they are challenging to “slide/force/finesse” in order to make both sides equal prior to tightening everything down…once tightened down, the rack, load bars, and mounting points are completely secure and feel robust.
I wish that Honda would have more options than just one place for each load bar to be placed…they should have 4-5 options per side…but that’s not an INNO problem, that’s a Honda issue.
one thing that I don’t like about INNO are the end caps…they’re black and chrome finish plastic caps…not a fan of the chrome trim on them…so I have sanded, cleaned, primed, painted and clear coated them in orange, which is a color accent on the car…but I wish INNO would offer silicone or a more durable all black cap end, and/or offer heavy duty tie down loops that you could use for tie downs, bungee cords, or elastic netting with hooks.
