Question:
I am looking for a cross bar system that will work with my Malone Kayak holders MPB114MD that I had on my old explore and I would like to attach those and to the bars and only use them when I go Kayaking so I would like one that I can remove easily.

For a complete setup on your 2017 Toyota Rav4 I really like the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars part # MPG215 if your Rav4 has raised rails that run front to back along the roof line. These will connect directly to those rails and can be put on and taken off in minutes. These offer a lot of bang for the buck and with the Aero design will remain quiet during use.
If your roof is naked or has no roof rails of any type the Rola Rail Extreme DFE Series Roof Rack - Naked Roofs - 53" Long part # R5025 is a great choice. This type of rack is of course harder to install than the one above because you will be using the supplied clips to attach it to the roof line of your Rav4 rather than just clamping it on.
Either way these systems will work great with the Malone Downloaders you have part # MPG114MD
