Troubleshooting HappiJac Wireless Remote Not Operating Truck Camper Jacks

Question:

Hello, I recently bought a 2005 Artic Fox from a widow with electric Happijac truck camper jacks. The camper had a new remote that had never been used. It is part #723915 for the remote but I cant seem to find a part number on the circuit board anywhere. It has 30 amp fuses in it. Ive went through all the troubleshooting here that I could find but nothing seemed to work. The green light on the remote comes on but the remote wont operate the jacks even after a reset. Could it be that this remote is not compatible with the circuit panel. Thanks

It sounds like it may be the Circuit Board # LC733513 itself has gone bad. Your current circuit board is compatible with your Remote # LC723915. And I see you have the Remote Cable # LC149557 so it is safe to assume you have done all the proper troubleshooting and tried to operate the jacks with the remote connected. The new Circuit Board # LC733513 is an upgraded unit and will work with your same remote.
