Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement stainless steel bolt for the DeeMaxx disc brake caliper brackets on 6,000 pound and 7,000 pound axles. Now this stainless steel bolt is used to attach the DeeMaxx disc brake caliper brackets to a 6,000 pound or 7,000 pound trailer axle. Now will also require the use of stainless steel Nyloc nuts, which do sell separately on our website. They go by a part number of DE62WR And just to show you what that is, I happen to pull one of those and there's the Nyloc nut that's used with this bolt to hold your brackets in place. Now the caliper bracket attaches to the brake mounting flange on a 6,000 pound or 7,000 pound axle with usually five bolts of nuts.
This part here is just for a quantity of one bolt. Now the thread size on this is 3/8" by 16 threads per inch. The overall length, which is gonna be measured from under the head at the very end of the bolt, you can see is right at 1 1/4" long. And the hex head size of a socket that'll fit this is 9/16". But that's gonna do it for a look at the replacement stainless steel bolt for the DeeMaxx disc brake caliper brackets on 6,000 pound and 7,000 pound axles.
