  Sometimes you can use accessories from other manufactures that will work, but the ones you were looking at # RR72XB are 8mm x 16.5mm so they will fit very snug. Here are the T-Slot dimensions so you can see exactly how much products are compatible. The T-slot channel dimensions for the Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01158 are 11mm (7/16") wide on top, 8mm(5/16") deep, and 22mm(14/16") wide at it's bottom. I tend to just stick with Yakima accessories because I know FOR SURE that they will fit....
