I have a solution for you but the Rhino Rack item # RR1375 will only fit Rhino rack cross bars. For Yakima HD Crossbars you will want the Yakima Ladder Roller item # Y01163. This ladder roller mounts to the T slot of your crossbars. It is 25-3/4" long x 4-3/4" wide x 2" tall and has a 75 lbs capacity. I have linked a review video below.
