While I am unable to completely select an a' la carte rack system for you that includes only two Yakima OverHaul Uprights instead of four, I believe you will find that this system will meet your needs. Your ladder rack will consist of the following:

Yakima HD Crossbar - Aluminum - 68" Long - Qty 1, part # Y95FR,
Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack Uprights - Aluminum - 500 lbs, part # Y01151,
Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks, part # Y01155, and the Ladder Roller for Yakima HD Bar, JetStream, FlushBar, and RailBar Crossbars - 75 lbs part Y01163.

You will get four Yakima OverHaul Uprights, although you will only need two. You will attach these to the Yakima HD Crossbars. The Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit that is compatible with the Retrax XR tonneau cover is needed to attach the Yakima OverHaul Uprights to your truck bed. The ladder rack uprights are adjustable, so you can level them with the roof rack you will be getting for your vehicle. These uprights will come with four Yakima SKS Lock Cores to secure the ladder rack to your truck. I have also included the Yakima Ladder Roller in this setup since you expressed an interest in it. It will assist you when you are loading ladders, lumber, or even a kayak, on your vehicle's rack.

Now that we have the ladder rack setup, we can move on to the roof rack. Your roof rack will consist of the following;

Your roof rack will come with four Yakima BaseLine Towers. You will use the HD SL Adapters to attach the Yakima BaseLine Towers to your Yakima HD Crossbars. The Yakima BaseClips will connect your towers to the frame of your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. I have also included four Yakima lock cores so that you can lock the roof rack to your vehicle. You will be able to get Yakima Lock Cores for your roof rack that will match the lock cores on your ladder rack when you place your order. This will allow you to have one key for the entire rack system.
