Question:

Will this also fit a 2025 Pacific that is not a hybrid? I realy like how the bar is not as visible as other 2 inch hitch options, but find mixed messages if it can successfully mount on a 2025 non hybrid Pacifica.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C29UR has only been confirmed to fit the Hybrid version of Chrysler Pacifica. Though the mounting holes for this hitch match those of the etrailer # e98903 (which will fit your non-Hybrid Pacifica), I cannot confirm it will fit your vehicle.

So I know it's a bummer, but I do recommend going with the confirmed, though exposed, trailer hitch # e98903. I can say that the flat/matte black finish on this hitch does help hide it a lot better than the glossy finish other hitches use, so there is at least that.

Sorry I don't have a better option for you. What are you wanting to use the hitch for once it's installed?
