Question:
I was just wondering if you could give me a little advice, I own a 2010 Ford Edge SPORT model. I’m looking to purchase a utility trailer to tow DYI projects and moving furniture and appliances. Can you recommend a complete towing package for this vehicle. I would gladly appreciate it. I’ve always own pickup trucks and never needed a trailer and I feel I’m a fish out of water. Thank you for your time.

I recommend installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75686 on your 2010 Ford Edge Sport. I feel this one looks better than the etrailer # e98870 you found as the Draw-Tite has a hidden cross tube which will sit behind the rear fascia.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56329 will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is the most common connector used on small single axle utility trailers.
Our Ball Mount Kit # 989892 will provide you with a ball mount having a 2-3/4" rise along with both a 2" and 1-7/8" ball which are most commonly found on small utility trailers. It also includes a hitch pin, cotter pin and storage bag to keep the parts together when not in use.
