Package was delivered on time and hitch was easy to install....except for trying to drill the 1/2 inch holes....can't believe how hard it was to drill these holes.

Had my local garage hoist the car and enlarge the 2 holes for $25 (about the price of buying a good drill bit). They wanted $97 to install the whole hitch assembly, but I told them to just drill the holes and I saved $$ by doing the installation myself. Easy to install. Did it without hoisting the car or using ramps (once the holes were drilled).

Installation on my Mazda5 was very straight forward. I agree with others, it took slightly longer than they directions estimated. It was also easier to drill the hole twice, enlarging it each time to the completed size.

easy to install, all you need is a drill, 1/2 inch drill bit (metal grade) and about 40 minutes of your time. the rest of the parts and detailed instructions are included. very easy project.
The install was a breezeThey went the extra length to provide you with a slick wire feed for getting the mounting bolts into place. My only addition would be to make the holes a hair bigger than they mention, and the wrench sizes mentioned aren't correct.

Ordered the hitch and wiring harness Friday night, installed the hitch very easily the following Tuesday night. Drilling out the holes was the hardest part, I would recommend getting the 1/2 bit used in the instructional video on this website.
EZ InstallI had no problems installing this. I used a grinder vs. a drill to enlarge the mounting holes. A drill bit can get stuck.
Great fitThis hitch is just as advertised. The only thing that caught me by suprise was the weak looking bumper on my 5. This hitch is diffently a class I. I recommend!!

10 min install!!! Absolutely perfect. Of course I have all the right tools to enlarge the holes, but installation was easy. Follow the video.
Very easy to install. Took me awhile to figure it out, but when enlarging the existing holes, start off with a 3/8" drill bit first then onto the 1/2" drill bit. Believe me, it'll make the job a little easier.
After all is said and done, the hitch looks great.
This product is great and installation was a breeze. I would recommend making the hole slightly larger so that the fishing wire does not get stuck when pulling the bolt through. Great product highly recommend.
Great Hitch For Great Price!The hitch fits so perfectly that without the Drawbar on it it is hardly noticible, Very easy to install! Its a black hitch on a black car so that helps, It ends up being the perfect height with raised drawbar to tow a Jet-Ski, Great Product. Would Recommend.
