Will this hitch fit my 2003 chev venture

We have a few options for trailer hitches for your 2003 Chevrolet Venture. The # 24773 is not designed as a fit for your vehicle.
My recommendation for a trailer hitch is the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # 13344. This is a Class lll hitch and has a 2 inch receiver opening. I recommend this hitch because it is more versatile than the Class ll or Class l trailer hitches with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. You can attach many more accessories and the hitch has a higher weight capacity. I have attached a link to an installation video for this hitch on a 2003 Venture you can check out.
If you plan on towing with this hitch towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If you need a trailer wiring harness I recommend part # C55355. I have attached a photo that shows where this harness is installed on your Venture. The tail light connector is located on the driver side in the rear cargo area behind the tail light.
If you are planning on using the hitch for accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier you can take a look at the attached links I have provided for some of the items we offer that will work for you. If you have any questions about a specific item let me know and I can make some recommendations that will work.
One of the bike racks I recommend is the Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack, part # S63360. This rack will fit 1-1/4 or 2 inch receiver openings and has a tilting feature that allows you access to the rear cargo area.
