I am picking up a 2023 Maverick next week and it doesn't have a hitch. Which one will work and what does it look like?

Congrats on the new truck! To add a hitch to your 2023 Ford Maverick, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C84BR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ford with included hardware.

This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. I really like this hitch because it mounts completely behind your rear bumper.

I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # TK53VR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
