good quality. I Wouldn't tow much with the CVT on an HRV, maybe few hundred pounds, but nice to have a good attachment point on vehicle or move very light trailers around, like maybe a small rowboat or something. Also be mindful of tongue weight rating when using a bike rack or cargo carrier, its only class 1 but hitch works great and product is solid well engineered. Pretty easy simple install but you do need to cut out a 2x2.5" square plastic from bumper trim, but not visible at all even if hitch were removed because its underneath
Great hitch. It fit perfectly and was an easy install. Shipping was fast, but the hitch could have been packed a little better.
This was installed on a new HRV by the dealer. The installation was perfect.

It’s great for hauling my e-bike! My bike rack works perfectly with it. Unfortunately someone apparently decided the little rubber plug for the end of it needed to be stolen

The installation was super smooth. Took about an hour to complete. Make sure you have something to cut the bumper with and sockets/wrenches.
I have a great experience with etrailer.
Delivery was very fast as it always is with e trailer. Installation was pretty simple with no extra cutting or drilling. Only complaint is it’s not available with 2” receiver, my bike rack is 2” and not a fan of using adapters.
Very pleased with the Hitch Receiver for use with my Bike Rack. Great quality and it fit my car perfectly. Installation was easy.
The installation notes say "trimming" may be required. To install this hitch you would need to cut six inches out of the bumper cover. That is not "trimming". It should say you need to order a new bumper cover.
This is the third hitch we purchased from etrailer and as always it is a great product at a good price.

light duty, again, be careful towing with CVT Trans, but hitch does fine. Also be careful with tongue weight rating when using accessories, so far finish is holding up pretty well, typical surface rust where you slide hitch in and out. Also nice that its tucked up and looks clean on car
