Easy install & looks good.
Terrible packaging. This appears to be a return unit that was then forwarded on to me. The parts were not secure in the packaging which met damage in several spots, which will not rust due to not being painted.
Fits perfect, the only Con , you reduce the height of the GLS to go over bumps or terrain, the hitch sits way lower the bumper
Install pretty straightforward....but, did not need to drop the exhaust and had to remove two additional supports from the bumper cover. Holds 100+ lbs in eBikes as solid as can be.
Installation was a breeze and is rock s olid.
The hitch was easy to install, the instructions were simple to follow. I installed the hitch by myself, but would have been easier with two people.
After one year of use, the hitch receiver continues to hold up great. No rust, flaking, or any other signs of damages.

Good product compare to oe hitch this trailer hitch is lower to the ground. Everything works no problem.

I did a hitch on a GL450. Noone else was reasonable or close in price, expertise, or communication. It was a good experience all around.
I bought this for my son, and he is totally pleased! Installed it himself, fit perfectly, shipped out immediately! Box was mutilated, but all parts were there bagged and taped to the hitch! Thank you!!!!

Hitch has worked perfectly with his trailer for around town use and even a household move. Getting ready for a beach trip and will use the platform shelf for coolers. Totally pleased!!!

Super quick order processing and shipping. Item was marked shipped within a couple of hours of an order and arrived within estimated time given at the time of purchase . Instructions and Videos were helpful to install the hitch. Like the etrailer.com services and curt quality. Only minor thing was Packaging. It was bit torn down as parts were not secure properly.
Fit like a glove, no alterations. I can now pull my trailer and attach my hitch mounted bicycle rack. Much needed. Also thank you for your help in guiding me to the proper hitch for my vehicle.
