The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13190 will work on your 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS450. There is not a specific custom fit trailer wiring for your vehicle so I recommend using The Tekonsha ZCI # 119250KIT which we have installed and confirmed to fit your vehicle.
The trailer hitch has a bolt-on installation with no welding required. It has a gloss black powder coat finish which is over a protective base coat that offers superior rust resistance.
The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 7,500 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 900 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find the proper towing capacity for your vehicle.
The Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554 includes an 8-1/4" long, powder coated ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball; hitch pin and clip; hitch receiver lock with keys; hitch cover; and a storage case.
I have attached an installation video link below.
