The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13190 is a confirmed fit for a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450. Curt has not yet updated this hitch to fit the 2018 model due to lack of testing. However, according to my research the 2018 model was unchanged from the prior 2017 for the exception of redesigned wheels which will not affect the fit of this hitch. Therefore, the Curt hitch should still work well for you it has just not yet been tested as of May 2018.

I have attached a photo of what the hitch could look like when installed for you as well.
