We do carry trailer hitch receivers to fit your 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee but none of them install so that the receiver tube fits through the bumper. The hitch I recommend because it's a Class III and is tucked under the rear bumper more is the Curt, part # C13065. The crosstube is completely hidden behind the bumper and all you see is the receiver opening and safety chain loops underneath.
If you're gonig to be towing with your Jeep you also need a way to power the trailer's lights. I recommend the Hopkins wiring harness, part # HM11142555, which is a 4-way connector to power the lights. Then for a ball mount you need to determine the rise or drop you need with your trailer. I've linked an article to help you figure this out. Then look at our ball mount kit, part # 989900, that includes a few different options for you.
