What does "concealed cross tube" mean

What that means is that the cross section of the hitch that runs side to side is completely out of sight once it's installed onto the vehicle.
The hitch you looked at, part # C13065, has a hidden cross tube that you can't see with it installed. Take a look at the first picture. For a hitch that isn't a hidden cross tube, like part # C13182, you can see more of the hitch under the rear bumper like in the second picture.
Concealed cross tube hitches are generally preferred because they look better however they do sometimes come with a higher price tag and can be a more involved install process.
