Trailer hitch installation went together very well, everything lined up really good and it looks great on vehicle.
This company has figured out customer service. Do it right the first time! I don't usually write reviews, but they definitely earned a good one. I ordered it on a Thursday night and it was delivered the next Monday! Better yet, it fit just like it was supposed to! It took me longer to install because my threads were pretty rusty, but once I cleaned them out the bolts threaded great and the project went very quickly. I could have easily done the whole thing, including wiring, in less than an hour.
15 min install and it looks great. shipping was,great price. Iwill make sure everyonek.ows how easy it was to install.
The CURT hitch worked just as promised. Fast delivery and I found the instructions and video to be a confidence boost and very informative. One thing, if your Equinox is more than a few years old you will have to get a tap to clean the holes out good before you begin. Other than that, all turned out great.
I bought the hitch, wiring kit and a tube cap. It was easy to install and etrailer was great to do business with.

Packaging was damaged when the hitch arrived but the contents were intact. Delivery was very quick. If your vehicle is not new, get a tap and run it through the mounting holes. It will be worth the couple of bucks, believe me. I brushed and oiled the heck out of the holes on my 09 with 25K miles and the bolts started hard and I still had to crank very hard to get the bolts seated.
If I had tapped the holes I could have installed it in less that and hour, instead it took a little over 2. Including the trip to the store for the tap.

The tow bar was great and not to bad to assemble. The only thing we had trouble with was. we had to extend the fish wire, since it wasn't long enough,

I have yet to install, but the product quality appears excellent and in the case of my 2010 Equinox, it appears that installation Wilber a breeze. No holes to drill, drop in six bolts, torque- done. Standard delivery came within a few days and was free. No complaints.
Very pleased with the service, was upgraded to 3 day shipping for free. Product was intact, scratch free, and with everything needed to properly bolt on. I was able to install by myself in a little over an hour, no drill or cutting was required on my Saturn Vue.
The hitch and wiring kit for our Equinox fits well, looks good and was quite easy to install. The video was also quite helpful, especially when it came to the tail light removal
