I have a 2011,6 cyl. Chevy Equinox . Will this hitch fit and what do I need to wire it? Thank you.

There are a couple of trailer hitches that have been confirmed to fit your 2011 Chevy Equinox, including the etrailer hitch, # e98865. You could also use Curt trailer hitch # C12291. This is a Class II, 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch that Curt has confirmed as a fit for the 2011 Chevy Equinox. I have included a link to the installation details.

We can also use the Curt Trailer Hitch, # 13591. This is a Class III, 2 inch trailer hitch. I have included a link to the installation details and a video install on a similar vehicle.

As far as trailer wiring, none has been confirmed as a fit by any of the manufacturers we carry. I recommend checking back from time to time to see if a fit has been confirmed.
