Question:
I am looking at Products 13591 and C12291. I was wonder want am I getting extra with the 13591 hitch over the C12291? Also, in the install video a bolt leader is used, is that included in the parts for the hitch?

The main difference between the two hitches you referenced is that the # 13591 is a Class III hitch that has a 2 inch opening which will have higher towing capacities and more accessories designed for it and the # C12291 is as Class II hitch with a 1-1/4 inch opening with fewer accessory options.
Both will fit your 2013 Equinox, but for the reasons I listed I would go with the # 13591. A 1/2" x 30" FISHWIRE is included with this hitch as well as all of the needed hardware to install this hitch.
