I'm sorry but the Curt Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12291 and the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 36408 the two class II options for your vehicle only go up to the 2017 model year for the Chevrolet Equinox.
For your 2019 I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C98CR and if you need wiring the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118750. Both of these are custom made and confirmed to fit you 2019 Chevrolet Equinox.
