Third hitch and bike rack I've ordered. The price is great and the free standard delivery came in 2 days! The last 2 (Jeep & Pontiac) installed perfectly so not expecting any problems with this one (VW). Great company to deal with.

Very happy with Hitch and bike rack. Installation was as advertised. Bolts arrived damaged due to harsh handling in shipment, but they were easily replaced from hardware store. Otherwise great product! Installed on 2014 VW Eos. It sits about 6 inches under car so it is hardly noticeable. Husband installed the rack in about 1 hour.
This rack is so easy to use. It sits on the back of my Volkswagon EOS. My car mechanic was so impressed with how easy it was to install he called me later to get the name of the rack for one of his other clients.
Customer Service from etailer was great as well as I maneuvered through choosing and installing the correct product.
Easier to install than I expected. Great instructions. On this installation you have to use something called a fishline. I was worried because I learned about that after I placed my order and I did not order this particular tool. I tried to think of ways I could get the job done anyway without the tool. You can't imagine how happy I was when the hitch arrived with EVERYTHING I needed including the fishline, instructions and parts. etrailer.com is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience
The hitch and rack are really solid, sturdy, and easy to use - once you get the rack on the car. Getting it there isn't easy, as it's heavy and awkward, so getting the connector pipe into the hitch and then getting it locked in is a challenge for me. If you're young, strong, and a guy, maybe it's easier.
Use my hitch almost every week in the summer time.

I purchsed the following for my Volkeswagon EOS 2013. Had some reservations about fitting on a car like this. Would of loved to of used the Thule Helium Aero or something similar but not sure if they would of fit due to hanging lower. I decided to go with the following:

So far I am very happy with the fit. As you can see from the pictures there is great clearance to the ground as well as between the car and bike.
