Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11090 will fit all models of the 2015 Volkswagen Eos. It will require modification to the heat shield on your Eos to install the receiver. The receiver is rated for 100lbs of tongue weight and 1,000lbs of towing. Be sure to verify your vehicle capabilities with a VW dealer and do not exceed the lower of the 2 numbers.
The Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will allow you to add a 4-way trailer connection for operating the trailer lights when towing. This kit will not require you to splice into your taillights as it uses sensors to detect when power is passing through the wires. It will then send power to the taillights through the powered module that receives power directly from the battery.
