Perfect fit with all the needed hardware. I was able to reinstall the original bumper cover to hide the hitch until it is time to use it. The cover pops off and on easily.

2011 Chevy Traverse LT1
Installation was easy. However, the bolt head was too large for the access holes. Most of the time for installation was used filing the access holes to get the bolts through the frame. I was able to reinstall bumper fascia after installation.
Installation took about 45 minutes.
I received the tow hitch on time. installed it after work with no problems. the hardware was included with the instructions to both tow hitch and harness. very happy with the purchase.
Took a little longer than 30 minutes to install, but only because I tried to not disconnect the mufflers from the frame. Fishing the back bolts through the bumper was kind of weird, but was not hard at all.
Great product. I was able to track it the whole time. It arrived on time and was easy to install. It took a lot less time than it was estimated. The instructions were great and the website is very helpful with installation videos.
