What size bolt goes up into the preexisting weldnut on the rear bumper on a 2012 Chevy Traverse to install hitch?

The Curt # 13424 and etrailer.com # e98863 trailer hitches use M12-1.75 x 30mm bolts for the installation while the Draw-Tite # 75528 trailer hitch uses M12-1.75 x 45mm bolts for the installation on a 2012 Chevy Traverse.
