The # C60660-BK you were looking at is just a replacement hardware kit for the Curt EZr Gooseneck hitch # C60682, which is made for specific Ram models, so it would not be a fit for your 2015 Chevy Silverado. Your Silverado would need part # C611-624 for the hitch and installation kit. For the mounting hardware you can use part # C60624, which has both the hardware as well as the brackets.
