The Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # C60682 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Ram 2500 and will not interfere with the RamBox system. However, depending on the type of lift you have on your truck then this hitch may or may not work for you. If you have a suspension lift then the hitch will work just fine. However, if you have a body lift which included spacers that raise the body/bed up from the frame then this hitch will not work for you nor do they make a gooseneck hitch that will work with trucks that have a body lift.
If you will be towing a gooseneck trailer then it will be helpful to add a 7-way to your truck bed using the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56000. I have attached an installation video of this harness installed on a 2016 Ram 2500 for you.
