Hi have a 2006 ram 3500 dually 4x4 with a curt gooseneck hitch. Are there any air bags that will work with out a ton of mods. Thanks

The Air Lift kit part # AL57295 is a fit for your 2006 Ram 3500, is compatible with in-bed hitches like the gooseneck hitch you have, and does not require any drilling so it would be a great option.
