Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking together at our Ivation Portable Electric Cooler and Warmer. It's a thermoelectric car cooler. Now folks, what's neat about this is you can run on 12 volts or 110 volts of traditional household power. So it's gonna be great for both options there.
And as you can see, it's got a nice blue color, and a nice handle on top for carrying. Now what's neat about this is it does come with the included cords nicely tucked away here in the lid. Let's zoom in and take a look at that, shall we So you've got your cooling fan on this side, and this side, there are arrows molded into the plastic that also tell you, "Hey, this opens." So you simply rotate that around. Let me get that cord from underneath there. There we go.
And then both cords are stored right up here in the top. So you have two options. Again, you can use your 12-volt accessory or your power cord, like your traditional household power cord. I'm gonna go ahead and tuck these both back inside of here just to get them out of the way. And then also inside of here is where you have your cool and hot switch right here.
And you can put it on cool or hot, depending on what you want to do with the cooler. And then open it up, of course, you got the vent here. That's where the fan is gonna run whenever it's running. And one thing to note, if you just saw when the handle's back towards the back, so closest to the two blue things, that's locked, meaning you can't get this lid open. You have to flip the handle to the front so it matches up with this vent, and then and only then, can you then open it.
And as you can see, you got instructions down in there, and you got a little fuse in that little plastic baggy down there. So you do have the cooling apparatus here on the lid. I'll go and pop that off so you can see a little better. So that's what's doing the cooling or the heating, and it's letting it in and out here with the fan. And that's the whole apparatus there as far as operation. And then of course, you have a very nice depth. Inside, you got about 11 3/4 inches wide, 11 1/2 inches deep, and about 8 1/2 inches that way. And then of course, the lid just slides right back into the two slots on the top, then we can close it. I can pull the lid back or the handle back to lock the lid. The base is just the same plastic as the sides. So again, folks, lightweight, portable, 25-liter capacity to hold your drinks, snacks, meals. Perfect for families, truckers, adventurers, those kind of things. It's durable and user-friendly. So again, if you need to wash out anything, it's easy to take the lid off and then clean off the inside and those kind of things. And of course, lightweight and portable with the carrying handle. I like that the AC cooler is mounted to the inside top of cooler chest. So far items cool in about 24 hours. Also power on off is protected from elements. Of course filling coolers to maximum will take longer to get items cold. Big improvements from years ago. Would recommend this cooler.
Love the cooler just had to order a 110 plug with usb plug for the 2022 chevrolet does not have the correct plug to stay on continuous in truck .
