Hey Mark, thanks for the pictures. The Curt Dual Connection Socket w/ Bracket item # C36GJ isn't going to fit without some modifications. It will plug directly into your Silverado's OEM USCAR wiring system but you'll have to cut about an inch into that bottom trim below your 7-way.
Please note that the 4-way and 7-way connectors can not be used at the same time with the Curt item # C36GJ. If you're wanting to use them both you'll need item # HM75MV instead.
If you're just interested in adding a 4-way connector and there's nothing wrong with that factory 7-way, I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package item # C55384. This taps into the factory wiring harness behind your bumper and you can store this 4-way in a safe out of sight place. It'll allow you to keep your current 7-way and not have to mess with modifying your bumper.
Why are you needing to add a 4-way connector to your Silverado?

Hey Mark, I'm curious to know if you decided to go with the Curt T-Connector to keep your current setup intact or if you opted for the Hopkins connector to use both the 4-way and 7-way at the same time. How did it work out for you? I'm asking because your experience could really help others in a similar situation.
