Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a look at this Dragon waterproof red LED oval boat accent light. This small oval LED light with four red diodes is going to give you bright red light for your boat. This is going to be great for upgrading or replacing your accent and courtesy lighting. And as you can see, I have this connected to my power source already. You get an idea just how bright this is even with my bright overhead studio lights turned on.

But let me go ahead and turn my lights off and give you a better idea of what this is going to look like in low-light and dark conditions. So you can see the light on my tabletop. And then I'm going to zoom out here and just show you what this looks like from a distance. Hopefully, my camera will be able to focus a little bit and then I'm gonna shine this on the wall behind me. These are premium LEDs, so they're energy-efficient, they're long-lasting, they're vibration-resistant.

And this light has an output of 32 lumens and it's rated for up to 50,000 hours of operation. The red LEDs are sealed in a durable, polycarbonate waterproof housing and a clear UV and impact-resistant lens unit. This has an IP rating of 68 and the circuit board is of a military grade construction. The urethane potting offers better protection than common epoxy potting in controlling that heat transfer inside of the light. This is a surface-mount installation and it's going to require two number four screws that are not included with this.

And this will, of course, hard wire to your 12-volt DC systems with these nine-inch long wires. This is a two-wire installation. And the input voltage is nine volts to 14 volts and the power draw is 0.04 to 0.07 amps. Now, let me give you some overall dimensions, just so you can be confident this is going to work for your application.

So looking at the overall length, as you can see, we are sitting right at 1 3/8 inches long. And looking at the width, if I can turn that over, lining that up, we're sitting right at about three quarters of an inch. The overall thickness, we're sitting right at about half an inch. And then the distance between the mounting holes, lemme see if I can get the wires out of the way here, line that up center to center, as you can see, we're sitting right at an inch, center to center on those mounting holes.
