Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the LED Clearance and Side Marker Light. This trailer light functions as both clearance light and side marker light when properly mounted. It does feature a weatherproof housing. It's got a nice, durable lens and base on it made from durable plastic. This light contains two diodes or two LEDs. Now, LED's make great replacements for incandescent lights.
They last longer, they burn brighter and they're much more efficient. You don't have to worry about changing bulbs or brutal filaments.This light features a clear lens with white LEDs. It is a surface mount installation so it mounts directly to the surface of your trailer. Mounting hardware to get it installed is not included, so, it does need to be supplied or provided on your own. It is a two wire design, so, the white wires are ground wire, the black wire's the power wire.
Taking a look at the dimension and then we'll hook it up to our power source and you can see what it looks like with power running to it.Measuring edge to edge, going this direction, gives us an overall length measurement of about 2 5/8 inches. Up and down is an inch and a quarter and the overall depth that's how far it sticks out from the installation surface is about three 3/4 of an inch deep and the amount of holes on this unit are separated on center by 1 15/16th of an inch.We're gonna go and hook it up to power. That way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it. We'll also be able to turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a lower light setting. So you can see here it sends out a nice bright consistent signal, again, two LEDs so the multi-dial design really helps optimize the overall light output and the lens allows plenty of light to come through again.

The light was exactly what I needed and it worked as expected. However, I would not care if it did not work because every time I have a problem (which is only twice) I get over-the-top service and that makes me want to do business with e-trailer every time I need something. If we were perfect in everything we did, it would become routine, expected and uninteresting. But because people miscommunicate or otherwise make mistakes, the only way you know a business is good is to experience how they handle ‘failures’. etrailer is world class on this point.
