  So the Xport Flatbed you have is an older version of what is now known as the Reese Q-Slot which we've found that the Saris locking hitch pin part # SA3022 does fit. The # SR0901 does not fit your bike so we don't recommend it. Since you are concerned about the securing of the bikes to the rack as well you'd instead want the part # SA984 which comes with a cable lock as well so that you can lock the bikes to the rack and the rack to the hitch.
