1. Is this compatible with SA4414B I just received mine from etrailer.com last week, love it!? 2. Is this recommended or redundant if I buy SA981 and loop the cable through the rack? 3. Is it possible to order SA981 and SA3022 keyed to the same key? Thanks so much!

Yes, the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA3022 is compatible with your Saris Freedom 4 Bike Platform Rack # SA4414B. The Saris Cable Lock - 8' Long # SA981 is mainly for locking your bikes to your bike rack or hitch receiver so it is not redundant, however, this cable lock can also be used to wrap around your bikes and around the receiver which would thus lock the bike rack to the receiver. I still think it is a good idea to get both locks so that everything is as safe and secured as possible. You can buy kit 8' Cable Lock and Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA984 which comes with both locks that are keyed-alike.
