I wanted to be sure this tool fits the bolt on the lock I also want. The lock combo is the 8foot Cable Lock and Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Hitch Mounted Bike Racks, Item # SA984. While this ratchet and socket fit the bolt head? I could not find anything on the specs to compare. Thank you.

I spoke with my contact at Saris and she told me that the size socket/wrench needed for the bolt on the # SA984 that you referenced would be a 19 mm or a 3/4 inch.
So the wrench part # PT20104-38524 that you referenced would work with it.
