8foot Cable Lock and Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Hitch Mounted Bike Racks Item # SA984. Is this compatible with a Reese Q-Slot Platform-Style 2 Bike and 4 Bike Rack for 2inch Hitches Item # PS63138 ? Is the anti rattle hitch pin lock a Saris SA 3022?

We have found that the Saris Hitch Locks do fit the Reese Q-Slot PS63138 that you mentioned so this would work well to give the rack a hitch lock and cable lock # SA984. This will allow you to lock the rack to your vehicle as well as long the bikes to the rack. Essentially the hitch lock is a # SA3022.
