The ease of installation was great products and craftsmanship was on part the only downfall I see is that the ball mount doesn't come with a hitch pin I would highly recommend e trailer and the products they carry to anyone

I've made several purchases from e-trailer.com and have had excellent service and quick delivery. The front hitch was difficult to mount because the straps welded to the 1/2 inch nut weren't quite long enough to catch the thru bolt. I had a fairly hard time lining the nut up but was able to do it.

Install took a little more time than planned, did not lower the muffler. The four bolts from left to right, number two and four were threaded. 2015 Rubicon, had to get the number two bolt started first and then the others worked fine. Start the threaded bolts first. Electrical hookup easy. Have not towed yet, don't expect problems.

To be honest, I use it upside down. I needed a hitch with rise, but none were available at time of purchase, and yours, inverted, works perfectly! The welds are regularly checked and remain all secure. It's a good hitch.

Working in the sand and grass of my driveway my wife and I installed our new etrailer receiver hitch. Great fit and finish! Went right on as described in the online guide. Hitch required a spacer washer on top back bolt attachment point. Taped it on so it would not move while lifting in place and it stayed right there! Used a car jack to raise up and hold the hitch into the underside of the trunk tighten the bolts and reattached the tail pipe done. Now we can pull our Sunfish Sailboat any where the car will go.

The D-26 is just the right length for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. The 32in spare tire doesn't get in the way of the hitch even with 3/4" rise. yay

Excellent product - very strong and secure! Does not, however, fit my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It is about 3.5 inches too short to clear the spare, and about that much too tall to go under the spare.

So far, so good with the adjustable hitch and ball mount after two very short trips with different size trailers. Adjustments are super easy. I haven’t used the locking hutch pin yet, so I can’t comment on that item. But I would recommend the adjustable hitch.

I purchased this Curt Ball mount 10-1/4" because I also bought ball hitch mounted mud flaps and my existing hitch was too short.This hitch was maybe a little too long, but it should work.I hope this combination will protect my horse trailer from my nasty gravel roads!

Parts were delivered earlier than the initial estimate. Self installation (on a sloped drive way) took just under 2 hour. The fit of parts was very good, instructions and on-line video's were very helpful. My Kia did not have the wire plug in option, but the splice connections in the wire kit were easy to install. Most of the parts are hidden from view when the ball mount is not used.

Rock tamers hitch was tight and didn't allow fitment, but with a little grinding on the corners, it fits alright now. Other than that, it has worked great.

Fits our VW Touareg perfectly and allows us to tow a variety of things now. As can be seen in the pictures the hitch has a +5-inch gap between the bumper and the vertical adjustment pillar and the trailer itself is out further so there's enough room to get to the rear hatch and maneuver the vehicle/trailer.

I needed a hitch that I could haul my work trailer with and still drop the tailgate without dropping the trailer. I looked on etrailer and found one that would work barely but decided to call etrailer and see if anyone had any ideas. Steve answered and looked after I told him my requirements and came up with this. This has a longer distance from ball to pin by a few inches compared to the one I found so my tailgate will still drop even if I’m at an angle to my trailer or on a hill. Also with the adjustable height it’s great. Awesome hitch. Solid for a good price. ??

This is such a great idea! It works flawlessly with my Jeep Wrangler and my Offroad trailer. The dampening incorporated into the hitch makes my ride so much smoother. I used to hear the clanking, tapping and banging while braking and while trailering offroad, but not any more! I highly recommend this hitch to anyone.

This particular 10" drop hitch ball mount was the right mixture of quality, features, and low price. It appears to be quality built, and the shock cushioning is an unexpected plus. I used it right away today when I received it to tow my utility trailer to Lowe's. The trailer made less noise and rattling around in the receiver with this product. I have a lifted Jeep Wrangler and the 10" drop leveled out the trailer pretty well. Also happy the AMSC10 is made in the U.S.A. ! Ordering process and follow-up by e-trailer were first rate. Both connecting lock n roll products are a great addition to my project roof top tent, utility, kayak mounted, Solar energy equipped overland adventure trailer. I had never towed anything before and recently bought a small pop up camper. The Ball mount was to short for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler and I had to remove the spare tire each time to correctly hitch. This Ball mount is the perfect solution. Just the correct length to hitch up with out any more problems. Also better made and less expensive then the dealer sold me. I needed the extended hitch for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. With a standard length hitch when not on level ground I could not hook up or disconnect my utility trailer because the flip up coupler lock would hit the bottom of the rear-mounted spare. This extended hitch takes care of that by bringing the ball away from the tire allowing a flip up coupler lock to be completely vertical and disengaged

I neeed to pull a trailer with my 2019 GMC Yukon. I found Etrailer.com and followed the instructions on determining the drop of the hitch, the instructions were spot on. I hooked up my trailer to my Yukon today, all was level and worked perfectly. I had driven around to Napa, Lowe’s, Home Depot and Walmart, and nobody had the 9” drop hitch I needed. The quality of this product is fantastic and it assembled with no problems and makes my rv / toad I pull a perfect match. I will continue to do business with (etrailer.com) much more in the future. The following photos are of my 1988 Fleetwood Jamboree and my baby (rare 1982 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon) all connected up and the 9" drop towing bar makes my Toyota towing very easy and safe at a level condition with my RV. Purchased this hitch as a companion for our Reese anti sway control. The small ball for the Reese sway control fits in the bracket and the 2” drop on the hitch is exactly what we needed to have our Jayco camper level when towing.

I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.

This has been one of the best hitches that I have owned. It is adjustable to change between my Jeep Wrangler and my Ford F-150 Limited. Both have different tow heights and tow needs based on trailer type and payload capacity. This hitch has worked great for those purposes!
