Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair
Received the chains three days after placing order. Watched the online installation video and read the enclosed instructions. Did a practice installation. It was easy and took less than five minutes for each side. Uninstalling and repacking the chains in the carrier was quick and easy. The chains appear to be good quality. Great value!
I just received the snow chains and put them on the vehicle. The directions were straightforward and the chains went on quickly and easily. I cannot comment on their effectiveness or durability because I have not yet used them. Hopefully, I will never need to. They arrived from etrailer.com quickly after a hassle-free order.

Glacier Cable Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - Roller Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair
While not as aggressive as all-link chains I found this design to provide good traction in snow and moderate icing conditions. Chains are light weight, easy to mount, and store in compact container when not in use. Design provides extra measure of protection for brake, suspension, and body components where clearances are reduced by tire/wheel size or custom modifications. There isn't a lot of excitement when it comes to tire chains and adjusters unless it is when you need them and you don't have them, or you have them and they don't fit, or you have them and they don't work. With etrailer I managed to miss ALL the excitement! As always I received excellent sales and shipping service to get me the correct chains and adjusters in time for an unscheduled trip, they fit to a "T", and provided excellent traction with no sidewall wear or impact with body or brake components. I always marvel at finding the best service for truck and trailer equipment half way across the country rather than in my own backyard.
These chains are terrible. Both snapped in less than 20 miles of driving I n roads covered in 6"+ of unplowed fresh snow. What a joke. My father owned one set of tire chains his ENTIRE LIFE!

Titan Chain Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair
Great stuff going strong into second season. Tensioner is showing some cracking but still got the job done in Mammoth, it’s been nuts up there. Worlds better than cables. Takes a bit of patience to figure out but once you do they’re the easiest chains I’ve ever used, plus they feel better than cables on bare pavement, no problem traveling 30mph in patchy snow. Will be replacing the tensioner but the chains are working perfectly.
Product arrived quickly and quality is as advertised. Too early for snow, but did a dry run on level ground in garage and completed first attempt within 10 minutes. Expect 1/2 that time on next try. Product is well designed, very good fit on my Ford Expedition, and should last many years. In spite of relatively easy installation, you still have to reach around tire (top and bottom) and will get very dirty installing on the side of the road in ice, snow, or mud. Pack gloves, something to kneel on, something to protect sleeves or jacket, and last but not least some wet wipes to clean up with after installation is complete.

Glacier Tire Chains w/ Cam Tighteners - Ladder Pattern - Twist Links - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair
Great chains i guess, haven't used them yet but i have order 3 to 5 sets of chains over the last 7 years or so for various different vehicles and they always came with a nice carry bag with a handle. This one did not. A burlap bag that i had to cut open. Not etrailer's fault i guess, and i guess the manufacturer skimped on the bag to save me money but I'd rather spend a few more dollars to have a carry bag included.
Seem to fit well, used on a defender 110 with 255/60/R20. Plenty of adjustment range.

I ordered my chains on Saturday and got them on Tuesday. The order process was easy and informative. Customer service was great during and after the sale. I have not used the chains yet thankfully. Nice to know I am ready for the next storm. As an emergency responder, chains are a necessity for both personal and business vehicles.

Didn't get to use my tire chains yet( warm weather) but etrailer was more then helpful. Even giving me upgraded shipping. I would recommend them for any auto needs and will consider them for any I have in the future.
Easy install without needing to move the vehicle like some other chains require. Very happy!

Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - V Bar Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair
A group of friends and I have an annual trip to a remote hunting lodge and with the winter weather we've been having I decided to get some chains. I ordered two sets for my Ford Expedition. The delivery was on schedule and I had absolutely no problem getting to the cabin. These chains provided excellent traction on the icy roads.
We just finished two years of full-time travel around the US. I bought two sets of chains and they fit snuggly, as expected, on my LT 275/65 R18 tires. I also bought two types of chain binders to keep them tight and positioned correctly in different conditions. So, that's 4 chain & spring binders AND 4 rubber binders ... just in case. I mounted them all to test the fit and practice my skills and drove 4 mi. on a dirt road. All went well. As we zig zag around the US it's a smart move to carry these chains and binders with us. Many states in the west have highways and roads that mandate use of chains. I'm glad I didn't need to use them last year but I'm confident we're ready if need be. Thanks to etrailer for great documentation and Fabulous customer service!

Glacier Tire Chains w/ Cam Tighteners - Ladder Pattern - V Bar Links - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair
I ordered 2 sets (4 chains total) of these tire chains for my V10 F250, which I use to plow a private dirt driveway on the north side of a mountain in rural Pennsylvania. It's two miles (actual odometer reading) uphill to the paved road from my house. Most years, along about February, the road ices up (because no sun and midatlantic sleet issues) and plowing becomes quite challenging. I figured getting tire chains might help the traction-on-ice problem. I plow the road between 10 and 15 mph, with the truck in 4wd. Since buying the chains I have run the truck up and back the road approximately twenty times with the chains on, plowing from 4 to 8 inches of snow, conducting rollbacks of shoulder, chopping up slush, etc. I have also used the truck (with chains) to pull out two other stuck vehicles that had run into ditches. At this point I feel like I can review the product because I've used 'em enough to have an opinion. 1. These tire chains add a lot of traction on ice. A lot. Enough to plow with and enough to pull out stuck vehicles while the "tow" vehicle is sitting on ice. 2. The chains look fine and are undamaged at this juncture. Since I've used them consistently with how I expect them to be used and they are fine, I'm happy with quality at this point. 3. Maybe I will improve with practice, but it's about thirty minutes of twinking around to get these straightened out, on the truck, tightened up, bungee'd, etc. in a way that I feel OK about driving with them. (That's why 4 stars instead of 5.) Once they're on, they seem to stay put fairly effectively. I do not drive on paved roads with these chains nor do I drive faster than (max) 20 mph so I can't speak to how they might do under those circumstances. I use them for additional traction for my plow truck while plowing my iced-up dirt road... and for that, they work as advertised.
These tire chains for my 2017 GMC 2500 (20” wheels) perfectly. They did great in the snow and allowed me to pull an enclosed trailer to my cabin, which I couldn’t have done without these chains on my truck. Thanks etrailer for the fitment video specific to my truck! Very helpful

Konig Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Self Tensioning - 1 Pair
Never used chains before. Bought these for my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee. They works perfect! Tried them out in a trip to mammoth. Very rough conditions but they got the job die and got us through rough snow and ice. Best part they were easy to install. When chains required, took me less than 15 min to then in vs other struggling with conventional chains. Getting ready again for this upcoming winter. Thank you for the great videos and features allowing me to buy with confidence.
Easy to put on and take off. Love the hard plastic container with velcro on one side- makes storing convenient. A bit pricey but these are high quality chains so worth the $.

Glacier Cable Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - Roller Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair
These chains are good quality and easy to install. I expect to deal with more icy road conditions than deep snow, and I think they ride smother and will cause less wear on my tires than the old-style heavy chains.
The product was as expected. They were easy to install in the comfort of my garage and fit nicely. Chains were not required on my recent trip, but the peace of mind having them was great. Don't forget to order tensioners.

Titan Chain Cable Tire Chain - Ladder Pattern - Roller Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair
I actually don't ever plan on using these chains. I live in California, drive an f150 4x4, but am requried by law to carry chains when chain restrictions are in place. We all know that before Caltrans/CHP require that 4x4's with MS or AT tires chain up, they will just close the roads. Great service and prompt delivery. Thank you!
Just received my chains yesterday. I have to say, first of, customer service is EXCELLENT! I had questions on which chains were best for my SUV and I was promptly responded with suggestions and links to videos. I went with these tire cables for my 2015 Dodge Durango SXT Plus. There was question about clearance issues with brake lines on the Durango and these seem to be very low profile and made for lower clearance. The price was right too. I did a dry install today and it was a breeze. Took way longer to fold these back up and put back into the storage bag! Lol! (That's not these chains fault, it's user error...) I took some pictures but note it was my first time installing tire cables so I'm going to have to center them a bit more. I purchased the Titan chain multi arm rubber chain adjusters and they did make a difference on how snug the cables fit, so I would recommend them. We only plan on using them on very rare occasions when we venture up the mountain, so in sure if you live where it snows all the time, you will probably look at higher prices chains, but I think these are perfect for the occasional use. I will update after our Big Bear trip if we use them to reflect actual use. Thank you etrailer, they also upgraded my shipping to get here a couple days earlier just because... that was amazing!

Glacier Cable Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - Roller Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair
Worked way better than the chains (Titan chain HD) I bought initially from etrailer. I have a 2021 F150 Platinum with the 20" tires and the chains would not stay on the treads no matter what I tried. Just tried these ladder cables in Tahoe and they stayed on the tires just fine. The only downside to these over the chains is that they aren't continuous in the tire so when the road is clear (no snow) they ride crazy rough. It's like driving over 1/2" diameter sticks spaced 1 ft apart down the road so it feels pretty bad. But they were effective in helping me drive up and down my access road that was covered in deep snow one day and ice another day, they got the job done and stayed in place. Oh, I also used them with a set of bungee tensioners from etrailer for full disclosure.
The cable chains fit my truck really well and are pretty simple to install. I purchased them for an upcoming trip up north for vacation. Not sure if I'll need them but don't want to be without them if I do. I'll prolly be giving 5 stars after I use them. The buying process and customer service and communication are great also.

Titan Chain Alloy Tire Chains w Cams - Ladder Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tension - 1 Pair
Great product and excellent super-fast service. I needed chains on very short notice and the folks at etrailer got the job done, while also keeping me up to date.
You folks get 3 stars. Only because I cannot return the unused chains for a credit, (maybe to use on new chains that will fit the slightly larger tires that these chains will not fit). Will be selling these on craigs list and maybe find chains that will fit locally. Two lost sales for you, sounds like policy is starting to impact sales negativity.

Glacier Tire Chains w/ Cam Tighteners - Ladder Pattern - Twist Links - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair
2017 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. These chains were easy to install and fit solidly. They do not have the cam system so you will need bungee cords. I set up 2 rubber bungees per tire and added a hook in the middle. Works perfect. They fit my 285/65/20s with room to spare. I have not used these in the field yet but I grew up using tires chains and these are no different.
I haven’t needed to use them, but I did do a test fit and they seem very well made. I really like the twist lock tightened as well.

Wow!! Installed in minutes and fit snug no chain flopping in fender well like other chains. These are half the weight than my other chains and Titans came with nice carry case as well. Thank you to Christina J for all your help and getting these to me just in time to hit the snow [thumbs up]
Service was excellent and received my items on time

Titan Chain Cable Tire Chain - Diagonal Pattern - Roller Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair
I have not had to use the tire cables as the vehicle I bought them for is 4x4. I’m sure they will work just fine if needed
These chains were a lifesaver! Our ski trip to Mt. Hood Meadows was only possible because of these chains. Oregon has strict chain laws, but rental car companies will not rent you chains. Because we were to arrive in Oregon the day after Christmas, when no tire stores would be open, I had to figure out an alternate plan. After lots of research to determine which rental car make/model we were likely to get and the most common tire sizes on those vehicles, I purchased these light and portable chains and we brought them with us from the East coast. Other reviewers indicated these chains were easy to install & remove, and we can confirm they are! The folks at etrailer were really helpful when I emailed. And the website is extremely user-friendly, with videos showing installation and a quick and easy way to determine the most likely tire sizes on a vehicle. Thank you etrailer for making our holiday ski trip possible!

Put them on to check fit, they fit great!!!!!
1/15/2024 I couldn’t go up my property, so on 1/17 I ordered this chain with the TCMA2 Rubber chain hook. On 1/22 I tried it was a beautiful climb, and decent, my driveway has a 17 degree slope. I try again next day with a glance of ice, NO Problem! A year later, same success! Love to have the right tool.

Titan Chain Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair
I bought a pair of the Titan tire chains last winter. I only really used them a few times, but when I needed them, it was a night and day difference in traction! Very pleased with this purchase.
Nice chains. Easy to install. Not 1 min, but easier than ladder style. No need to lay down on ground behind/next to tire, or roll back/forth. I had a little issue w chain "buncing" in front/behind tire fottprint. I will plan on install per instructions THEN roll 1/4 turn to finish tensioning/centering. Tensioning scheme seem a bit marginal. I bought a spider bungee to do the tensioning more securely. Would be a nice touch if Titan would waterproof/laminate the included plain paper intruction page. Pretty nice carry case. I have not driven on these yet, so we'll see. These are a bit lighter & easier to install than my '80s vintage ladder style chains. That's what I was wanting & seems what I got. I'm happy, as long as they stay on in use.

Arrived on time for a big trip. I like that your website lets you pick make, model, and tire size to be sure of the fit. Thanks
I tried them on; and they fit well. I'll be ready for my subdivision's icy conditions next time. Thanks for the rapid service, and here are some photos from the test today; though you may not want to use the tension photo, because the clips should have been rotated to the next section

"WOW! I am impressed! I called to place my order and real person answered, spoke perfect English, albeit a slight southern accent, and my order was sent within a day, shipped quickly and I had it a few days later. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. I cant imagine how that they could do any better. THANKS!"
