Solid as a rock, no issues...
Install was more difficult than the video. Lol, but with a little patience it finally got installed. Seems to work fine on test pull.

First off, it works great, easy to connect N disconnect. If installing yourself... it takes a bit of cutting an(IMHO) a bit more than novice skills to get installed.

Great plates. Nice and solid. I feel very comfortable towing my vehicle when traveling.
Very easy to work with. Fairly easy to instal if you have a cheater bar and torque wrench. Rate fairly easy to hook up to rv. Definitely makes towing my Ram 1500 easy and safe. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to tow their vehicle behind their Class A or Class C.
I'm not much for reviews but this company was so impressive I thought I needed to do it. Without a doubt the easiest to use website for finding and ordering anything period. This company has it together. From ordering a part to installing with the easy videos it was a breeze. Kayleigh on the order desk basically walked me through everything I needed. The tow hitch assembly and wiring are incredibly well built. Came in 3 days too! Very impressive!
This is my 4th Roadmaster kit and the easiest installation. The product works flawlessly. My only advice is to look online at Roadmaster for the latest installation instructions as there were some online instructions that were more up to date than the instructions included in the box.
Great service and staff! Order was on time. The box came undamaged but the mount for the tail light plug on the base plate was bent and the ring to remove the removable arm was damaged. Fix was about 10 minutes and a trip the store for a new ring .97 cents. Bent mount back into place - nonstructural and installed new ring.
Fantastic hardware and easy to install. Etrailer videos are lifesavers.

Product works great no issues with it at all
Easy to install. Just watch etrailer video and it's a piece of cake.
Installation instructions were detailed and the installation was easier than I was expecting on my 2019 RAM 1500 new body style. The parts are heavy duty and with a good paint job. I have not put them to use yet as my motor home has not been delivered but I have no doubt they will work just as promised. My etrailer representative Joshua was VERY helpful- THANKS

Great Product No issues
Wow this was great . I installed it myself on a 2021 Dodge Ram . I watched the video on you tube specific for a 2019 Ram but mine was the same .
It fit great with minimal cutting and the directions were spot on too.
There is a long bolt toward the back of the tow hook on
a Ram which has a star washer holding it to the inside of frame which you cannot reach . I took a 2x4 and notched it out for the bolt then tapped it from above with a mallet .

Product is well made and fit perfectly and the instructions were very thorough with good pictures for examples, only items I would highlight is the 18MM head bolt when removed without having a tow hook is difficult to remove after loosening due to a star washer holding it in the frame, I had to use a wrench and hammer to pull it all the way out and directions that came with mine said to remove the active air dam after the above step which was possible but removing the air dam as the first step would make things much easier. I noticed afterwards the PDF on the website does have it as the first step. I ended up trimming the plastic took hook pieces for a nice finished look. (See pics) Overall very satisfied and now I can pull my new truck behind the RV and sell my old Durango which is ready for retirement.

I installed them on my new RAM 1500. Works great, very heavy duty. I also modified and attached a push bumper and used the Roadmaster base plates.
